Saturated flower.

I took a four-hour seminar put on by the Digital Photo Academy this weekend. It was a down and dirty review of photography basics – aperture, shutter speed, ISO – and composition techniques. I’ve read a lot about all of this before, but it was great to work through it with an instructor.

My best learning was that I can adjust my the settings for brightness, saturation, contrast, etc. right in my camera. I’ve always had to go back and do this manually after the fact (especially with the saturation levels), so this was an awesome discovery!
